"We appreciated the space available but were not thrilled with the hole in the back door caused by the removal of the door's peephole or the fact that the front, streetside window had to remain partially open and unlocked throughout our stay (even in our absence) to vent the free-standing bedroom AC unit. Additionally, we were unable to use the television streaming services during our stay, but this could have been due to a previous renter locking up the system with their own login. "

"This condo was very clean & nice location to the best italian restaurant we have ever been to (Cafe Capriccio). Would highly suggest a bath mat is needed outside of shower, marble floor is very slippy."

"We were very happy with our stay. The vrbo was very clean, well laid out and neighbourhood was quiet. Beds were comfy and we even got a new couch delivered when we walked in the door. :) We loved staying in a historical building too! The one small recommendation i would make is not to supply cheap, single ply toilet paper."

"The apartment was clean and check in was smooth. We enjoyed being able to walk places easily. Some basics seemed to be missing - salt, pepper, a spatula - the bathtub was broken. Several windows could not shut all the way. I let the property manager know so hopefully this gets fixed before the next guests."

"Positives: Super clean and great location. Linda the owner was super nice and accommodating. Needs: the heating unit was confusing. A sheet with an explanation would be helpful as it was very cold when we arrived. No remote for the tv. Lack of response from the property manager. I messaged several times over a few days with zero response. I finally called the owner who was super nice and apologetic. She explained the heat and issued our parking permit. "

"Cute little apartment perfect for what we needed it for. My daughter (8 yrs) and I traveled in to Albany for the TSO concert and needed a place to stay. The apartment is so cute and very clean and comfy. If you aren't from the area, I could see perceptions of concerns about safety but my daughter and I walked to and from the arena and felt perfectly safe. Communications with Linda were great. Check in and out was easy peasy. We will look to book again if we return to Albany. "

"Clean property with updated bathrooms and large open living area. Walking in I was skeptical due to bus stop and surroundings but location was very secure and the inside was a delight. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable, and bathrooms updated and lovely. Could use a little more furniture in living room if hosting a larger group but otherwise great! Location was close to walk to everything we needed. Would stay again. "

"It’s challenging to read the reviews and know what to expect for this hotel. One main reason for that is because each unit is owned by different owners. Some units may have been renovated more recently than other units. I booked 3 rooms. One unit had an old electric stove with coils while the other had a newer electric stove. 1 had a toaster oven while the others did not. We brought food to cook, but kept it simple because we didn’t know what cooking pots and utensils would be available. One...

New Years Eve

"Wonderful stay. It was NYE and we arrived after traveling for 7 hours. We wanted to welcome the new year, but not travel. There was a wonderful mexican restaurant thst we walked to theough the park lot. Walked back after dinner and asked about using the firepit out in the patio area. The staff on duty went out and uncovered snd lit the fire pit. My husband and I grabbed a drink and relaxed around the fire. Wonderful experience. "

Very clean, comfortable and friendly!

"Very welcoming from the time we entered the front door. Everyone is sweet and willing to help you. The room was spotlessly clean. Housekeeping very detail oriented - even made a bow of the top tissue in the box (so cute i didn't want to use it! :-)Bed very comfortable. Spacious room. Nice little porch. Hot tub on site next to pool. Could have been better organized/tidied with the towels but water was clean. Parking was convenient. Location near a grocery store and restaurants. Really enjoyed our stay. Only the vending machine wasn't working. "
