"There was renovation going on we were unaware of ahead of time. Also the game room was closed. Room was brand new and clean & comfortable. There was ice all built up on the stairs by the entrance near our room. A shovel and salt and sand mix as if they know this happens but didn’t take the time to do anything about it. I used the mix to cover the thick layer of ice. Very surprised they wouldn’t chip or make an effort to remove it. It’s almost as if they are saying here do it yourself so I...

"I was there just overnight and arrived after-ours. The key was easy to find, but I wish I was told about it prior to the arrival. Actual room was nice and comfortable. The stay was very short so don't have much else to say."
