Island Lake Lookout on Lake Winnisquam

Welcome to Island and Lake Lookout on Lake Winnisquam! First time rentals available at this much loved family home. Sleeping Twelve with Five bedrooms and Three bathrooms, giving you Three levels of living!

As you enter this cozy log cabin, you'll find a large mudroom on the main living level with a closet containing a washer and dryer. To the right, there's a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a desk, ideal for getting some work done during your stay. To the left, there's a bathroom.

Please note: There are pictures of a fire pit and a fireplace within this listing. The fireplace and the firepit are not operational, they can't be used.

The main living level boasts a spacious living area that allows everyone to join in the conversation. The kitchen comes equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals. The dining area features a large farm-style table that comfortably seats up to twelve people. The living room offers large windows that overlook the front yard and lake. You can step outside through the slider door onto the porch to enjoy some grilling or have your meal outside at the table.

Head upstairs while holding onto the birch tree hand railing to reach the second level, where there are three bedrooms and a full bathroom. The master suite has a king-size bed and a half open walk with a banister that looks down into the main living area. The other two bedrooms upstairs are furnished with one offering two twin beds and the other a queen-size bed.

On the main floor, off the kitchen, you'll find a door that leads you downstairs to another living area with doors that open up to the yard overlooking the lake. There's a large sectional and an extra refrigerator. Walk up three stairs to a hallway with another bedroom that has a set of bunk beds and a queen-size bed. You'll also find a 3/4 bathroom.

Outside, have fun playing cornhole with friends and family. You can use the non-motorized boats provided for you. Walk down the granite stairway to the dock where you can park your boat or jump off to cool down on those hot summer days!
