"Catherine Broussais is very friendly and helpful and speaks perfect English. The price was reasonable. The property was clean and warm in winter. The beds are comfortable. There is a good large (noisy) fridge/freezer and plenty of utensils. The TV and wi-fi reception is often "unavailable". Noise from the nearby motorway deters sitting in the garden, but is not heard indoors. Caveat: a car is necessary for shopping. An electrically locked entrance gate secures the car. ."

Off road parking simple and convenient. Apartment is close to a very busy road so would be noisy if windows open but no problem if windows closed.
