"+ House big enough + Terrace really nice + Calm and quiet neighborhood + View from the top of the hill - Everywhere only with car (10-20 minutes reach to everywhere) - A bit hot without airconditioning (I can´t sleep in very hot environment, so this is a small minus)"

"An absolutely fantastic stay at Fabiana's place in rural northern Sardinia. The space is huge, very comfortable, with private outdoor space and a large veranda. While very warm (especially in July) the space was so comfortable we did not mind, and was a great place to relax, read, listen to music, with lots to do nearby, including beautiful beaches 25 mins drive away, and local fruit/vegetable shops to get food to eat out in the sun. A brilliant stay, and we'd definitely return next time...

"Unser Aufenthalt im Haus Rosmarina war prima. Es ist klein,aber fein, perfekt für Paare und auch mit einem Kind. Die Kommunikation war mehr als herrausragend und herzlich. Die Mama vom Vermieter kümmert sich liebevoll um alles und wohnt in der Nähe. Und ein späterer Check Out wurde uns vom Vermieter angeboten, weil die Wohnung erst am Tag danach wieder belegt war. "Soggiorno particolare, per chi vuole immergersi nella natura e circondarsi di animali, silenzio e tranquillità. Adatto a famiglie e bambini, un po’ meno a gruppi di giovani e giovanissimi (purtroppo il telefono non prende) La grande comodità della casa è la posizione strategica: a 20 minuti dalle spiagge e dalle città principali. Le stanze sono molto ampie, specialmente il bagno dotato di due lavandini e di una grande doccia Nonostante sia tutto a energia solare non abbiamo avuto problemi...
