"Absolutely lovely property tucked away in the hilltops of Gardone Riviera. Car is essential but the drive up to the property is really enjoyable! Katia & Alberto were wonderful hosts and took the time to settle us into the apartment and spent time telling us about the local area, places to visit etc. They were on hand if we needed anything during our stay. The property itself was clean and well equipped. No AC but we got a lovely breeze opening the windows. The photos do not do it justice....

"Absolut freundliche Mitarbeiter vor Ort, die einem bei allen Fragen weiterhelfen. Die Anlage hat unterschiedliche Ferienhäuser und es gibt einen Platz für Dauercamper. Der Ausblick vom Balkon auf den Gardasee ist wahnsinnig schön. Die 3 Pools, mit unterschiedlichen Größen, bieten Platz für alle Wasserfreunde. Man kann natürlich auch über den Privatweg, zum Schwimmen, an den See gehen. Die Pizza im Bistro hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Wir kommen gerne wieder."

"The appartment is lovely, very comfortable. Sleeping rooms and the bathroom are upstairs, not recommended for small children. Parking is not included in the price. Everything else ia great, very clean and charming."

"Overall the rental had brand new amenities and was very quaint. It was about a 30 minute walk up a very steep hill (>15% grade) from the town center. It was about a 35 minute drive to the major town of Iseo. The water taxi to Mont Iseola is very close by and it was a lot of fun exploring the island. The host was prompt and check in/out was easy. The only complaint was that the floors were very dirty and there were no screens for the windows (it was stuffy in the house, would have loved to have...

"Wir waren im September zu zweit in dieser äußerst liebevoll und sehr gepflegten Unterkunft zu Gast bei einer sehr aufmerksamen Vermieterin. Wer die Abgeschiedenheit und Ruhe sucht ist hier genau richtig.Das Zentrum von Salò erreicht man mit dem Auto in ca. 15 min. Mit dem Rad in ca. 25 min. Zu Fuß eher schwierig. "A perfectly lovely and a quiet retreat! Driving to the designated parking area inside the old city walls was a bit of a challenge with a large number of pedestrians here for New Year's holiday, but once at the hotel we didn't want to leave anyway! Very walkable to restaurants, attractions, shops. Most comfortable and relaxed we have been during our 2 week trip across northern Italia. 😀 "

"Great hotel generally, and this was our second stay. Service was generally good and the staff work hard. The only exception was when we ate at the hotel in the evening. Limited options for families/children and waiting staff stuck us in the opposite corner of the restaurant and made clear their displeasure at our attendance close to closing time. "
