"We had a magnificent stay in this villa in Varenna! This villa is perfect for a family, we were 4 adults and had lots of room to spare. It is centrally located, the furniture was very comfortable, not only the beds, but the living room area, as well. "There were no surprises when we arrived and checked out the house. It was very thoughtful that there were some food items for our arrival. Everything worked fine and the owner was responsible for a couple of maintenance issues. The yard lights did not come on the last two nights and we missed them. Getting around the area by walking is a little sketchy because the roadway is narrow. We found the ferry stop 10 minutes from the house very convenient."

"The photos are accurate - this place is very comfortable with all amenities you would need and very clean, PLUS a fantastic view. The garden is beautiful and a perfect spot to relax with a wonderful view over the mountains and the lake. Lauro and Manuela were always available and ready to help. But they also respect if you want to enjoy your quiet and relaxation. We can highly recommend this accommodation. Thank you Lauro and Manuela for such a pleasant stay!"

"We stayed 4 nights but wished it had been longer. The villa is lovely with 180 degree views of the lake. It is very well equipped and has a comfortable king size bed. There are good restaurants nearby."

"We are just back from a wonderful break at the villa in early May 2024. The villa is better than the listing shows as they have refurbished since the photos were taken. Very clean and comfortable with full amenities. We had beautiful weather so were able to really enjoy the gorgeous outdoor areas and a dip in the lake. We really enjoyed a peaceful week, mainly hanging out at the villa."

"Deborah was a wonderful host who did everything she could to be helpful. We enjoyed the villa and had a beautiful view of the lake from several different rooms, as well as the patio. A car was a must, as she recommended. The small town of Cremia is lovely, but for food and other sightseeing, you need transportation. I would recommend this rental."

"Ein wunderschönes Haus. Es fehlte an nichts. Aber leider ist der Park nicht sehr gepflegt, auch am Strand war sicherlich schon lange nicht mehr aufgeräumt worden. Leider war der Schwimmteich nur sehr vorsichtig und nur mit Schuhen zu betreten, da die Stufen total glitschig und und verschleimt waren.
