The accommodations are beautiful, unique with charm and character and yet exceptionally clean and modern. Elena from the front desk was fantastic. "Schön und sauber. Ruhig in einem riesigen Olivenhain gelegen. Hundegebell mal mehr mal weniger. Die bellenden Hunde sind aber 9Monate im Zwinger, nur im Nov, Dez und Jan dürfen sie für die Wildschweinjagd raus. Also verständlich. Schöne Wanderungen in der Region und im Oktober fast menschenleere Strände in 10 Autominuten erreichbar. Wir haben uns erholt."

"The Housekeeper was very open, caring and helpful, with plenty recommendations for trips, nice places, food etc. The House was perfect for our Family needs with 3 Kids. The area ist really nice with lovely beaches around If you don't mind to drive litte distances. WE really enjoyed our Holidays here."

"We booked this property only a few weeks in advance of our stay because another property we had booked (not from Vrbo) cancelled on us. It was wonderful. The property manager was so welcoming and the house was beautifully peaceful. The pool was just what our kids needed and all facilities as described. It was really hot and the fans in the bedrooms didn’t quite hit the spot but that’s no reflection on the house, just the time of year we visited. Would highly recommend!"

"Het verblijf in Punta ala was super. Omringd door de zee en bos en heerlijk rustig. Luigi onze conciërge was een hele zorgzame man, die alle tijd neemt en alles voor je wilt uitzoeken, om je verblijf zo leuk mogelijk te maken. De villa was heel mooi en warm en alle voorzieningen waren aanwezig. Als iemand een leuke vakantie wilt is dit zeker een aanrader. "

"Wir hatten eine Ferienwohnung in schöner Umgebung mit ausdrücklich 2 getrennten Schlafzimmer gesucht. Diese wurden uns auch schriftlich bestätigt. Die Anfahrtsstrasse stellte sich bei Regen mit dem Motorrad als sehr schlecht da. Wir hatten keine Information zum Empfang, es war niemand vor Ort. Mit Hilfe meines italienischem Cousine konnte die Wohnung gefunden werden, aber es gab nur 1 Schlafzimmer! Wir haben über den Veranstalter storniert, was uns auch unkompliziert nach vorlage von Beweisen...

"The house is simple but the view and the direct location at the cove of Portoferraio is absolutely amazing. Contact with the owner is super easy and very reliable. We will definitely come back!"
