"First of all there were no signage of the property name . We couldn’t find the place. We had to ask around . We came later than checking time because we were on route via flight to Bologna. When we finally found the address/location, I called designated number to let them know we are at the front door. Unbeknownst to us, they said they were trying to get a hold of us and we “were not cooperating or assist them with the call”. So they cancelled our reservation and we had to find another...

"Stayed here for the Bruce Springsteen show. Easy walking distance from train station. Comfortable and clean room with little kitchenette and dining table. Best part was the Ego Lounge next door which stayed open late post show. Also, the coin operated washer-dryer came in handy after the muddy field conditions at the show. A winning space."

"It was my second time staying at this hotel. I returned this year because I enjoyed my stay before. Bicycles are available. Safe and secure location. I believe the rooms were once apartments that were converted into hotel rooms, so they are spacious, they have a kitchenette and a very sturdy door. The hotel staff is very nice. Great communication."
