As others have said, to get to it, you need to drive down a bit of bumpy dirt road (so having a SUV would be a wise choice), but once you get there l, the pure serenity and peacefulness of the Tuscan hills await you. "This day was truly as good as it gets. It started with our flight being delayed. The property owner stayed and met us several hours after our designated check-in time. When we got out of the taxi, he was standing at the front door waiting for us to show us how to get up to the apartment. He then proceeded to take us through each and every step of the way. "Beautiful, comfortable and spacious apartment. Very central - so close to Il Campo and the Duomo and restaurants and cafes. Great communications. Good facilities. Fab air conditioning which we really needed. Only issue was the back shower which trickled from the top shower but the other shower was decent. We had a lovely stay at Palazzo Nannini and look forward to returning. Highly recommend."
