"The property is on the side of a steep slope, very isolated in the middle of an olive orchard. It takes10 - 15 minutes to drive from the village. The major downside is that it is dark with tiny windows showing almost no view. Everything worked. The kitchen could use new utensils. The internet connection was intermittent and didn't work downstairs. There was an extra charge for gas for heating, not mentioned in the web site. The owner was friendly and professional. "Nice large old house with great grounds and amenities. Very close to Todi. Owner and manager are responsive and easy to communicate with. Great for large families. Out door grill, grounds and pool are amazing."

"We stayed in the l'ovile cottage and it was perfect for our needs. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed having breakfast outside overlooking the olive trees. Make sure to give yourself an afternoon or two to enjoy lounging at the pool. Our host, Nadia, was very attentive and even helped us with restaurant recommendations. "The idyllic views, tranquil location and convenient driving distance to many of the beautiful hill towns in Umbria made our stay in the house very enjoyable. "Ginestra is a spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. The grounds and swimming pool are really good and there are views to Assisi (which you can walk to (35-40 minutes). The Property Management team are all very helpful and the food the prepare is very good as well as the local restaurants. On the negative side, we did not have very much outside space and our table and sitting area were part of a shared area where other guests had breakfast or dinner so was not very private. "We loved to stay in the house with the beautifull view and the big garden. The house is spacious and well equiped. It is nicely decorated. The only drawback is the white road to the house. Although we got used at it after a few days."
