Soggiorno consigliatissimo
Io e le mie amiche (in totale un gruppo di 5) abbiamo soggiornato qui una settimana, la casa è accogliente con 2 stanze ed una grande cucina , la terrazza esterna è molto bella ed abitabile. La zona è pulita e tranquilla pur essendo a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro (con negozi e supermercati). Le spiagge principali sono facilmente raggiungibili in brevissimo tempo in macchina e/o con le biciclette comprese con la casa. Anna e Fabrizio due padroni di casa affidabili e gentilissimi che verranno con ogni mezzo incontro alle vostre esigenze!

Ideale Lage
Sehr zentral mit großer Terrasse und Fahrrädern um zum Strand zu cruisen. Grill ist auch vorhanden um auf der Terrasse den Abend ausklingen zu lassen. Besitzer sind sehr nett und immer ansprechbar bei Problemen. Ich würde hier auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Die Wohnung ist schön großzügig. Zu 4 oder auch zu 6 sehr angenehm. Leider etwas weit entfernt vom strand aber kann mit den zur Verfügung gestellten Fahrrädern in 4 min erreicht werden. Dafür hat man eine sehr große Terasse, Garten mit Parkplatz fürs Auto. Also rundum sehr schöne Wohnung für den Urlaub in San Teodoro

Хороший домик рядом с центром Сан-Теодоро в очень тихом месте. Отдельный вход, собственный дворик. Прекраснейший пляж La Cinta в 2-х километрах. Велосипеды позволяют добраться до него за 10 минут. В наличии 3 взрослых и 1 детский велосипед. Трансфер из/в аэропорт помог осуществить сам хозяин Фабрицио на своей машине. Хорошая удобная кухня. Спасибо Фабрицио и Анна за хороший отдых!

Very nice
This apartment was nice with plenty of space. We were only 4 but even with another 1 or 2 people on the sofa bed it would've still been comfortably big enough. We found it to be situated perfectly; around the corner from via Sardegna and an easy <10min walk to the supermarket, around 20min walk to La Cinta beach (and about the same to Ambra Night). It's also a quiet enough area for families to stay. The patio/balcony area is also very spacious with plenty of cover and great for chilling out in. Anna and her husband were very friendly and explained everything around the house, and gave us cookies and a bottle of wine on arrival which was much appreciated. The bicycles pictured are also free to use during the stay. Would recommend and happily stay here again.

A perfect choice for a stay in San Teodoro
We enjoyed our stay at Anna's place very much. Anna with her husband both were very nice hosts! The apartment is in a walkable distance from the main street, yet the neighborhood is quiet. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It has a private garden area and private entrance so it pretty much felt like a private house. The beach is further away, but Anna had arranged bicycles for the whole family so we could use those and in general we found living closer to the main street and driving with the car to the various beautiful beaches around the San Teodoro as the best approach anyway. Overall it was a perfect choice for our family in San Teodoro!

Great stay at San Teodoro
We Stayed at Anna's place for a week during a week long festival at San Teodoro during September. The house was tidy, and very spacious. We shared the accommodation between 5 people and it was more than enough space for all of us. Anna and her Husband were very helpful in explaining the surrounding amenities and rules for recycling. They also supplied us with a BBQ which came in very handy. We couldn't get the washing machine to work, but everything else was Perfect. The location is close enough to city centre, away from the noise and the busy streets. The house also has the option to hire bicycles, this made transport into town very easy. We would recommend this place for families and holiday goers. We would be happy to rent again. Sho

Abbiamo soggiornato, io, la mia compagna e nostro figlio di 7 anni in questo appartamento per due settimane a metà giugno e direi che tutto è stato perfetto. Era tutto pulito e in ordine, con una bella cucina-soggiorno, una camera matrimoniale, una con due letti singoli e un bagno. Inoltre una splendida, fresca e grande terrazza in cui era un vero spettacolo consumare le nostre colazioni e cene. La casa dispone pure di un comodo parcheggio interno. Per finire il vero asso di briscola, ovvero le biciclette in dotazione che ci permettevano di andare in centro e soprattutto alla Cinta in pochi minuti, evitando di dover così pagare il parcheggio della spiaggia. Un ringraziamento di cuore ai proprietari ANNA E FABRIZIO, simpatici, gentili e sempre disponibili. Dovessimo tornare a San Teodoro non avremmo dubbi su dove soggiornare!

UNA CASA FANTASTICA
Abbiamo soggiornato in 4 persone in questa casa la seconda settimana di Agosto 2015. Ci siamo trovati tutti molto bene, la casa è in ottime condizioni, confortevole ed accogliente. Dotata di giardinetto privato ed un terrazzo ENORME dal quale è possibile vedere le stelle! Camere da letto comode e spaziose, una con letto matrimoniale, l'altra con 2 letti singoli che possono essere uniti senza problemi. Aria condizionata non presente ma sopperiscono alla perfezione i ventilatori a piantana presenti in casa, uno dei 2 dotato si scompartimento per ghiaccio in modo da rinfrescare l'aria. Cucina comoda di recente fattura con fornelli ad induzione e tutto il necessario per poter cucinare. La casa è appena fuori dal centro di San Teodoro, raggiungibile a piedi in 5 minuti. Questo permette di potersi rilassare in casa senza dover sentire il "caos" del centro senza essere però troppo isolati. I proprietari sono squisiti, sempre gentili e disponibili, attenti alle esigenze degli ospiti ed aperti alle critiche costruttive per potersi sempre migliorare. Senz'altro per la nostra prossima vacanza in Sardegna ci rivolgeremo ancora a loro, la prossima volta portandoci dietro i nostri 2 cani.
