"This place is a hidden gem! Quiet, peaceful, and walkable to the the center of Como. Make sure to reserve a parking spot if driving in - we didn’t, and had to find street parking. Ended up working out but had to park a few mins away. Breakfast here was AMAZING, and the staff is so kind. We can’t recommend enough!"

They suggested places to visit which we stellar and we so appreciated it! By far the nicest place we stayed during our tour of Italy!! And, the hosts are warm and welcoming! "Overall it was a beautiful house. We unfortunately had issues with rainwater coming through and flooding the foyer during an extreme thunderstorm our first night. The oven had not been properly grounded, and would give a fairly decent shock to anyone that touched it. The house in reality only sleeps 7 adults, instead of the 8 people advertised. The location called for beautiful views of the lake, but was an extreme hassle to get to and from the center of town. "

"I booked 3 nights to be next to my clients to photograph a wedding. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Everything was nice a clean, breakfast was great, plenty of parking inside their gate, and the view of the lake can’t go wrong."

"Beautiful property with a view of Lake Como! Very welcoming stay with a delicious breakfast served each morning. Management went out of their way to make us feel special! A/C worked great and we loved the location…easy walking distance to ferry and a nice retreat from some of the busiest tourist spots on Lake Como. We walked right down from the hotel and had a refreshing dip in the lake each day. We wouldn’t hesitate to book here again!"
