No Pets Allowed. Located directly on the beach in San Simeon, you will experience unobstructed views of Central Coast California's breathtaking Pacific Ocean, with visbility spanning from the Southern end of Cambria to the historical San Simeon Lighthouse and beyond.

"Oceanfront Escape" on Balboa, is a spacious four-bedroom, three bath condo that has ocean views from almost every room, with beach access only steps away. It's the absolute perfect spot to sit out on the patio and whale, dolphin, otter - watch and sunset gaze while the ocean breeze lulls you into a whole new level of serenity.

The entry level of the home has the Kitchen and Dining area, Living Room, guest bedroom with a Queen bed, and a guest bedroom with 2 twin size beds.The upper level of the property features the master suite with a King bed and sliders that lead out to a wrap-around deck, a guest bedroom with a Full size bed and a Trundle bed that has a single bed on top and full size bed that pulls out from underneath, so in all the property can comfortably accommodate 10 guests.
There are two living room areas, both up and downstairs, each with gas fireplaces, flat-screen televisions, and private oceanfront balconies, providing an unequaled and spectacular view!

Plan your trip today to include a drive up California's iconic Highway 1 on your way to visit Hearst Castle, (keep an eye out for some of the Castle's resident Zebra herd), visit local wineries, make a stop at Cambria's Famer's Market for the freshest produce around, visit our local gift shops and restaurants and last, but not least, make sure you don’t forget your beach towels! Lovely and clean two story house with wonderful view of the ocean. Very private with very little nearby, but just a short drive into Cambria. Very small kitchen, and we had trouble with ants.

Celebrated my 60th with friends and family. Everyone loved the house. The walks on the beach and the parks nearby for sunrise and sunset were amazing! The neighbors (owners I think) were all very kind and helpful. WIFI was a little sketchy and needed a few resets. Would stay again if given the opportunity.

The views are spectacular, especially from upstairs.Access to the beach is easy (right off the deck), and hearing the ocean as you fall asleep is so soothing. The kitchen is well stocked, making cooking more relaxed. The interior is clean and well maintained. There is lots of space upstairs for watching movies at night with the whole family.

We were well supplied with lights, and it was fine (except we went to town for morning coffee!!) The kitchen was well worn, and well supplied with everything we needed for cooking and preparing meals. We also enjoyed many meals in Cambria. I would recommend this place for location and view.
