"Fantastic place to stay. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the kitchen and lounge make it really comfortable. The spa is basic but ok for 12 euros. The gym lacks big weights but has enough to keep active."

"This was a beautiful hotel and we had a lovely experience staying here, from receptionist, to restaurant staff excellent. The breakfast really lovely and we had dinner on first night, lovely food. "This is a true find with nice rooms overlooking The Gaudiana River . The bar is welcoming and the hotel itself is quiet with friendly staff. There are some great cafes in the town itself. "

"Very quiet room and really comfortable. I just wanted a comfortable room to relax and recharge. I didn't use the pool or general amenities. Staff very friendly. I'd definitely stay again if in Monte Gordo"

"Great hotel in Monte Gordo, we had a fabulous stay in a wonderful town with amazing beach and very close to the Spanish border. Staff were grand, we had a very good buffet breakfast, main items to choose from. Very close to beach and shops. If needed there is a 2 1/2 mile walk to the border town of Vila Real de Santo Antonio along a straight road but the beach walk is glorious although twice the distance. Beach is just fantastic. Was a small fishing village before tourism and no natural harbour so the fishing boats are launched by tractor pushing them into the sea. Many eateries, cafes etc in the town. The bed we had was very comfy and the shower was so lovely , with power and heat. Also had a fridge in the room. Would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again. Cheers 😁😁"

"Excellent hotel, friendly and helpful staff, clean premises and well equipped, good sized rooms. 2 swimming pools, a gym, good food options and plenty of free car parking add to the positives. A good hotel all round with lovely beaches nearby and the national park to walk in. Highly recommended. "
