I was really impressed with this hotel. The reception staff were very friendly indeed. The hotel, which is clean and modern, is easily accessed from the motorway and San Sebastián is a short taxi ride away. I can wholly recommend stay here.

Hotel was clean and comfortable, staff very helpful. The room was extra noisy unable to sleep the last night did say to reception but all what was said "sorry". Did not know it was on an industrial estate with lots of lorrys coming and going all night.

Accueil sympathique !Hotel très design et très propre ,petit déjeuner parfait! On accède vite au centre de Saint Sébastien! La chambre supérieure est vaste, mais son aménagement est "bizarre"!!!Mais cela ne nous a pas empèchés d'apprécier son confort!!

Trevligt hotell med bra läge!
Trevligt hotell, fräscht och rymligt. God frukost med bra utbud. Låg nära en mindre stad med bra utbud av restauranger och butiker. Hade gärna testat hotellets grillrestaurang men det fanns inga platser lediga på uteserveringen så vi valde att åka till staden istället. Så ett tips är att boka bord på uteserveringen vid ankomst om ni önskar äta på hotellets restaurang.

Camas dura de muelles.
Todo bien, pero la cama de muelles, dura como una tabla y no veas como crujen los muelles al darse la vuelta en la cama. En definitiva mal, pues si uno va a dormir y a descansar con una cama así es difícil. Para cenar o comer hay una sidrería típica vasca a 5 minutos andando del hotel
