Beach escape
We had a fabulous time at Vilma’s beautiful clifside property! There was a slice of beach with great water for wading or wave surfing, and a lovely pool with plenty of shade. Our room was the perfect size for the three of us—my partner and daughter—with a kitchen to prepare meals. We loved the breakfasts!!! José took great care of us too. Wonderful people and super chill vibe. Also the location was fantastic, not far from the city, close to restaurants and busier beaches. Would return for sure!

It was a great place peaceful private and our host was the best, there are some stars that you have to claim.However, the rooms are at the button right in from of the beach. Nice restaurant near by. I loved the place.

We had a great stay. Ms. Vilma was a warm host and was quick to respond any questions we had. We stayed in a little hut that was very beautiful, breathtaking, and relaxing. There are nice restaurants in the area. Ms.Vilma was so sweet she served us with her home cooked typical salvadorian breakfast, it was delicious. We cant wait to go back.

The most romantic experience of your life!
Second time staying on the property and just as memorable! Vilma is an amazing hostess. Incredibly accommodating with the most romantic setting anyone could ask for. A private beach that can’t be reached by anyone even at low tide from the points. Epic sunsets combined with lush, tropical surroundings make for an incredibly relaxing time! Can’t wait to get back!

Is it a bit rough around the edges... yes BUT, if it were not... you'd be paying a whole lot more. The location is fantastic, the beach incredible! The host Vilma is extremely accommodating and the place is clean. All considered, it's a beautiful spot.

PEACEFUL PLACE
This property was more than I could have imagined, I was looking for relaxation and tranquility and this was the perfect place. Definitely be coming back! vacation was an enjoyable. Amazing simple bungalow cool n the beach
We loved this spot. You can’t be any closer to the beach, the sand a few feet from your sliding glass door. Vilma the host was incredible, so accommodating for anything extra we needed. Our room was super basic but all we needed and comfortable listening to the waves lull us to sleep each night, daily walks on the beach and dips steps from our door and mid day when it was hot just laying in bed in the AC still overlooking the ocean. I highly recommend and I will be back!!!

A Hidden Gem
The property was above and beyond anything I could expect. Vilma as a host is like family treated me so well and always was helpful. She goes above and beyond to help you feel welcome and at home. This place is fabulous. Vilma is a great host and Yanira was was so willing to meet our requests. The only thing I would suggest is to let guests know that there are a lot of steps to descend and climb. It's good exercise but not the thing for some guests. We love it and hope to come back. Perfect location, very good service by Yani, poor accommodations. The bungalows had multiple leaks, the doors got stuck, poor illumination, the whole place needs to be maintained properly. I am not coming back to this place for sure. However, this place has a lot of potential!!

Gorgeous Secluded Getaway
These are four beautiful bungalows right on the ocean. Very peaceful and awash with sound of the ocean. We had a wonderful stay. Vilma and Yanira are wonderful hosts and went the extra mile to make out stay comfortable. The rooms are comfortable and have a much needed AC and mini fridge. Kitchen constitutes of a portable stove outside the bungalow under a shed. The property is peaceful most of the time. However it seems there are guests on a day pass (not over night) who come to hang out on the beach and that does take away from the 'private beach' vibe. All in all had a wonderful time and would recommend it. For those who surf, Sunzal is about 1.5miles away which I walked back and forth every day for about two weeks. There are a couple of nice restaurants by the property, though not cheap I have to add.

Truly a secluded paradise!
This property is breathtaking! Stunning views of the water from every step. Each bungalow felt private and secluded, almost like we had the place all to ourselves even when we had neighbors. It was so soothing to fall asleep and wake to the sound of the waves crashing. Each bungalow has its own terrace with comfy chairs and plenty of hammocks throughout the property. The sunsets were so beautiful and we were able to explore a bit and find a whole family of crabs. A fantastic place to completely unwind! The beach is semi private as there are only one or two other properties that can access it but for the majority of the stay, we had the beach to ourselves. Breakfast was amazing every morning with some of the best coffee I have ever had. Vilma and her staff went above and beyond with every detail. Helpful and funny! Even gave us recommendations for the best pupusas in El Tunco and helped us find our way to the closest supermarket. Can't wait to return to this wonderful location! Thanks to the entire team for making our new year vacation so special!

WONDERFUL HOST, BEAUTIFUL LOCATION!!
I had the pleasure of staying with Vilma for a week long holiday in one of her seaside bungalows. In truth, the photos just don't do it justice. Nestled in a little bay with sounds of the ocean waves, birds chirping, and geckos chatting ..basically a little paradise, I've never really been anywhere like it. Hammocks for reading, a nice little deck overlooking the private beach and breakfasts made by --the best cook ever, Ms.Vilma, made it all better (if that's even possible). I had the fortune of being able to hang out with Vilma a lot, she became a good friend! Super sweet, caring, warm, generous, and hilarious.. trust me, you're in good hands. Great location, with the bus stop into town (25 cents!) just a up the path. And a good restaurant three houses away. There's a great market in La Libertad, and El Tunco offers surf lessons, bars, more restaurants ( a little more casual than Beto's), and wifi. I'll definitely be back, Central American hospitality, weather, food, and natural beauty CANNOT be surpassed. Vilma and her little paradise are true gems. Thanks for everything V!! xoxo
