The staff was very professional and are attentive the visitors. I totally enjoyed the food and my stay. I visited Rock of Gibraltar and that was the icing on this visit."

"Lovely, clean hotel with very large rooms. One of our party was put in a room overlooking the carpark but was changed when she complained. 2 rooms were on a higher floor which was nice but I had to ask (I'd booked 10 rooms and I had VIP access). Not sure we would have got them if I hadn't asked and I'm not actually sure they were an upgrade .... Only real criticism of the hotel was the lack of sunbeds. Admittedly we were a party of 10 but we struggled to get sunbeds and other guest were ot happy that we took so many of them. Please get more sunbeds management! This (and only this) would stop me going back .... On a brighter note the staff were fabulous, the drinks and food round the pool good and not expensive and overall a lovely hotel."
