We stayed in a private accessed Casa with two floors which had a private kitchen whilst ant the same time we were able to enjoy the shared facilities such as the tennis courts and swimming pool with the rest of the villa. "This property and the hosts are wonderful! The home is beautifully updated and comfortable with everything you need for cooking. The outdoor spaces are also wonderful and very comfortable. The view from the large patio is spectacular! Silvia and her husband were very gracious & accommodating hosts, they brought us a beautiful bottle of local red wine and some cookies to enjoy. "What a shame, the entire region of Pescia is beautiful but everything at this cottage is awful. Its totally bizarre and weird and so so dirty. Honestly i doubt the place has ever been dusted once which is just disgusting. The shower curtain was full of mould.. bugs everywhere it was a literal disaster, not any normal persons idea of a vacation. "we stayed in this house for 2 weeks - working remotely, hiking, riding the 2 bicycles that were waiting for us, going to Lucca for dinner and more. the house is small but comfortable for 2 people, the bedroom is great. the kitchen is not big but it has all the things we needed. Alessandra was great: gave us reccomendations for trails, supermarkets, and even gave us a ride to the car rental agency. Thanks Alessandra!"

"Problems from initial reservation through hotels.com. The owner also has a sub contract with another company that sends contracts that you must abide by. These contracts do not mirror the conditions within hotels.com. I immediately tried to contact the hotel without luck. I contacted hotels.com, provide the sub contracts that I didn't agree to and hotels.com were not able to contact the hotel. I contacted the sub contract and provide them the conditions through hotels.com the i agreed too...
