Ideal location right in the heart of Sanremo, situated above restaurants, cafes, hairdressers, and the main beach at Sanremo. Stroll along the boardwalk as you watch the fishing boats come and go, take a leisurely walk across Sanremo Bridge as the tide comes in or watch the sunset from the balcony overlooking the bridge.
One bedroom, one bathroom, beautifully furnished lounge/dining room, laundry facilities, dishwasher,fully fitted kitchen, coffee machine, well stocked pantry, opening out to a covered balcony, Sleeps from 2 to four people with fold out sofa bed in lounge, with reverse cycle air-conditioning and heating, all linen is supplied. There is lift access as well as stairs. Pets not welcome. All linen supplied.

All guests must be 25 years of age or older unless accompanied by an adult, guardian or parent. If the accompanying guardian is not present, we can evict without refund. The host reserves the right at any time to cancel or not proceed with a booking that does not meet these requirements.
This property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.
If at any time we find you are accommodating more people than you have booked for, you will be evicted immediately and extra charges may apply. All bookings are subject to owner confirmation and approval.
You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide us with a copy of your Drivers Licence & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.
NON SMOKING POLICY: applies to all of our holiday rental properties both inside and outside the property - extra cleaning charges may apply for any butts found on the property.
Bookings - are accepted by First National in good faith as agents for the property owners. Bonds: Some properties charge a guest bond.

Upon booking a 50% deposit is payable immediately.
The total balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival.
