"This was the perfect house for our stay in Monteverde! It's literally a 2-minute drive to Curi-Cancha Reserve, which is where we wanted to explore the cloud forest with an excellent guide. The house has been wonderfully updated with modern amenities and it's just slightly down the road from the hustle and bustle of the town. Only thing with hot water was shower and it was mickey mouse (no directions on how to use it.) When you flush toilet there is an awful loud noise and it backs up into kitchen sink. No hot tub as per info on web site. No ventilation in bath so it fogs up bad. Privacy is a problem-curtains do NOT cover properly. There is construction next door. ...
