Only 15 minutes from the Golden Gate Bridge to the rental in San Rafael. HOT PRIVATE HOT TUB (not shared), HOT ROCK SAUNA, JACUZZI, PETS OKAY. $60 Pet Fee. Several shopping centers and restaurants are within walking distance.
Abusive hygienic use of the hot tub resulting in a drain, clean and refill; A $75 fee will be charged.
2 person maximum at all times, including guests.
Check-out is at 10 AM and check-in is 3 PM. No early check-in or late check-out. Thanks.
The age limit minimum is 25 for the primary renter.
Attached studio apartment with private entry. Totally separate. There are no carpets, but clean ceramic tile floors with a sky-lite and ceiling fan above the bed. An ELECTRIC FIREPLACE, non-heating with 3 different colored flame choices. Pets allowed $30 fee; ( please pay the pet fee on the VRBO site). Shedding dogs must be keep brushed Uncontrolled barking not allowed as well. If you go out and leave your dog alone please don't leave your dog alone the first night. Please pick up dog poop in the fenced yard. We do have a small fenced-in yard. .
You have your own private entrance. One queen bed. Full bathroom with jetted tub. Your own private hot tub, hot rock sauna, and small patio garden area. Bed linens and towels are provided.
Full kitchen with stove top and oven, double-sided refrigerator, convection microwave oven, utensils, cookware, and more. Barbecue lovers - gas grill is provided. This studio is attached to a primary structure and is totally private and separate, with its own entrance and private patio with outdoor dining area.


Neighborhood restaurants are a few blocks away (a couple just a walking distance).

This unique place is located in the northern part of Marin County, with easy access to Hwy 101 and many places that San Francisco Bay Area has to offer. Our local farmers market is nearby, open every Thursday and Sunday.

Restaurants are within one to 2 blocks away. A block away from a major supermarket.

Well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, lovely hot tub. Please note the property is attached to another house where there were dogs barking loudly at times. There's also a classic Ms. PacMan game in the bedroom!

Sanctuary in the Suburbs
There’s more to this property than is listed. They really should allow videos on VRBO because the layout of this property is much better than the photos give it credit. There’s a hot tub, sauna, jacuzzi, pac man arcade game table, massage chair, grill, and tiny garden. I liked the use of various materials that would have otherwise been tossed away. Everything functioned well with the following exceptions: 1. Cobwebs in the shower 2. Pillows are painful they’re so large. 3. The left front burner on the stove wasn’t working. 4. The light above the sink was out. 5. A couple more towels would be helpful for the hot tub. 6. The tenants of the main home were cleaning something with a hose or pressure washer during the best hours of the day to enjoy the courtyard/outdoor area and there was a foul odor coming from that side of the fence the entire time and into the night. Overall, I would absolutely stay here again. It has much to offer for such a small space. The kitchen was equipped with most anything you should need to prepare a full meal.

Nice place to stay with dogs. Jacuzzi was nice. Sauna worked was moldy. The heater was not working over the night. Overall was positive stay. There was not extra blankets available. There is a sofa bed not very clean. Communication was good with the owner.

Was going to an event in San Rafael and didn't want to drive home. This was the perfect spot for the night -- clean, quiet, quaint. Bed is super comfortable and I enjoyed the skylight.

After a full day of work, this property was quiet and rejuvenating. The only thing about it was the heater would go on and off every 20 seconds.

The shower had not been properly cleaned and the hot tub was not pristine, but it was well equipped and when we needed coffee because the Jurick was broken the manager provided it quickly. Overall a B+

This was a great stay to celebrate my birthday. I’m a nature person so I enjoyed the trees. I also liked the privacy. I wish the tub and towels were cleaner, and there were better instructions of how to operate the hot tub. Also, the door between the kitchen didn’t work so it would’ve been nice to have a curtain for more privacy when sleeping. Overall, it was a nice place for two people to stay for a few days

The housekeepers must have used gallons of bleach. The smell was overpowering. The keurig was broken- could not use. But it was exceptionally quiet and very easy locstion for finding my way around.

Quiet & Cozy
Apartment was clean and inviting. An air conditioner would have been nice during extra warm days. Neighborhood was quiet and seemed friendly. Front yard was too crammed with everything.Nearby park was great for the dogs. All in all we enjoyed our environment.
