"A quiet option to stay in Assisi, the room was clean with a spacious bathroom, the view from the room is amazing. The continental breakfast is good. The hotel is located some metres away from San Francisco’s cathedral. The WiFi signal was poor in the room. "

"Very quiet with exception some loud motorcycles in the street nearby. Oyamado, the care-taker is a very helpful and kind man. Massimo, the owner and Oyamado do a very good job keeping the place in order. The escalator to the Main Street leading to San Lorenzo and restaurants are just 10 seconds away from the Hotel. Very convenient, and close to Perugia Train Station as well. One downside is that there is no elevator, the but the steps are not too many."

"Check-in was nice and we were greeted with a warm welcome. There is no-where to get lunch however and the restaurant is closed on a Monday night which we weren't aware of, so had to drive out to get food in Spello near by. We had drinks around the pool which were slightly higher in price then we were expecting and had paid at similar properties. The rooms were spacious enough and clean, the "living room" was just a table and a chair and seemed a bit cold and pointless as a useable area...

"Direi un ottima soluzione abitativa . Ma colazione molto scarsa (un cornetto e un cappuccino) e al bar che non è proprio quello che ti aspetti. Da migliorare se possibile. Comunque grazie."
