"We have loved our stay here. The property was perfect for us. The owners were brilliant, especially Marco who booked restaurants and horse riding for us. The pool with views is amazing and we spent the majority of our stay here. The location is good-close to Florence, Arezzo, Poppi. We wish we could have stayed longer!"

Der Pool ist einfach toll. Man kann auf den beiden Sonnenliegen prima entspannen. Das Haus ist sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. In der Küche fehlt es an nichts. "The villa is rustic but spacious and beautiful. Monica and family arranged everything beautifully for our party with 26 guests. Very attentive and let us know when special events were going on etc. our stay was wonderful."

"We had a lovely holiday, the villa had lots of room and the pool was fantastic. Couple of places to have meals and kitchen was good. Interesting area, went to Cortona, Assisi and Arezzo. Also a concert in the village of Anghiari which was magical. Only slight negative, having to buy bottled water. Caroline"

"We had such a lovely stay in the amazing villa, 5 families with 6 young children and we had plenty of space and the kids really enjoyed to be able to run around in the house and around the grounds. The staff were more that helpful with tips and ideas for dining and exploring the area and the evenings we booked for dinners at the house were so nice! Highly recommend it to anyone and hope to come back one day!"

"Can’t praise this property enough. Everything is mint condition, well equipped and nothing missing. Even built in mosquito nets in all windows. Outdoor kitchen was still work in progress but no big deal as there was anyway the downstairs kitchen just a couple of steps away so no problems to prep meals and snacks to enjoy in the pergola while taking in the views. "Mooi huis alleen jammer dat de meubels een beetje verouderd waren en dat er geen horren voor de ramen zaten je kon geen ramen open zetten in verband met de muggen. Verhuurder was zeer vriendelijk en reageerde snel op eventuele vragen."

"Host did not tell us final payment had to be in cash until the end of the stay. Had to go get 1100 euros! We were unaware we had to pay for all utilities including using lights, cooktop, hot water. WiFi was extra too. Winter heat was not turned on yet and it was cold and we had no way to turn it on. House as clean, the estate was very lovely, lots of privacy, would be nicer in good weather. Poppi is a very nice town just out of the way for day trips. "
