IMPORTANT TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING: Please be advised that the rate quoted by on this platform does not include a mandatory 6% resort fee and 9% government tax payable by all visitors to the country of Belize. This amount will be charged at check-in and is payable by cash or credit card. The reason the fee is not included in this platform is to save our guests a few dollars given that this platform charges their fees in addition to whatever rate is added online. Therefore, by paying the taxes at check-in, you save a few dollars that you can enjoy in the country instead.

The following terms and specials will apply to all weekly and long-term reservations.

Weekly reservations staying more than 7 nights will receive a 10% discount and housekeeping will be provided daily.

Long-term reservations staying 28 nights or more will receive a 30% discount and housekeeping will be provided weekly. An additional deposit of US$250.00 will be collected at check-in to cover electricity and any additional fees.
