This beautiful property is five minutes north from the town center and is located directly on the river.

This cozy casita is just over 300 square feet and includes a fully equipped kitchen with amenities and utensils, A/C Wifi, safety box, private bathroom with hot water, living room with TV and balcony area.

Our private property includes two buildings, the caretaker suite and the two casitas. The casita has a private entrance and balcony. The space includes two AC units and ceiling fans as well as a safe.

The bathroom features a walk-in shower with niche for shampoos/soaps and gorgeous granite countertops.

The kitchen has full-sized appliances and is fully equipped for cooking with cookware, dishware, glassware/plasticware, utensils and silverware. Also included is a coffee maker, blender, toaster and microwave.

The living room has a sofa that pulls out to a full-sized bed, dining area for up to 3 people, coffee table, 43" TV with Netflix and local cable. WiFi is available throughout the unit.

As our guest you will have access to the onsite BBQ, lounge chairs, and pier/dock - perfect to pick-up and drop off for excursions!

Our onsite caretaker, Javier, will provide assistance during your stay.
Laundry can be completed by our caretaker onsite for you for $8USD per load.

There is a vegetable stand and grocery store two blocks from the property.

With a quick walk in town, you will be able to enjoy restaurants, gift shops, tour shops, & grocery stores.

San Pedro, like most Caribbean islands, is a beautiful tropical paradise in a small developing country. Although most of the time everything works great, there are occasional power, water and Wi-Fi interruptions.
