"This hotel is gorgeous and our room was clean, huge and well appointed. The bed was extremely comfortable, by far the nicest we encountered in our 10 days in Mexico. The hotel is in a good location. Close to many things, but on a quiet street. It's so close to being perfect, but we felt like they needed to take our room out of service for a few days to do some maintenance. "The building is beautiful and the location is very nice but a lot of missing details made the stay only average. There was also some incorrect information on the Hotels.com website. The website showed check on at noon, but in reality it was 3 pm. I also filtered on rooms with a kitchen which I thought meant that our suite had a fridge, microwave etc. In fact the kitchen was shared by all guests and was two floors down from our suite.
