The staff were visible the whole time, there was a complementary cheese & wine event, the handyman even cleaned bird poop off our rental car. "I did not stay here. Room was hot, no hot water Restaurant was not operating. Receptionist agreed room were not acceptable and no charge would be made. We went elsewhere. But charges were made anyway"

"Had a great stay, room was clean. Could use a little more lighting inside the rooms, would not want more outside because it would ruin the stars. Not air conditioned, but it gets so cool at night that even in the summer it didn't really bother me. There is heat if you need it."
