"Great location just outside of town so it was quiet but close enough when you need to go into town. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful with booking excursions and making sure we had everything we needed. Onsite restaurant and lounge had excellent food and drinks! Pool was small but very clean. Room was perfect and bed was very comfortable. Would stay there again! "

"Our family stayed here and had a wonderful time. It's just as described, and Aileen, Randy, and their staff were all very friendly, hospitable, and helpful. Our 4yo especially enjoyed spending lots of time in the pool! (Incidentally, we loved being able to enjoy the rooftop space, along with 2 patios off of our condo.) The property is very clean, well taken care of, and a wonderful place to stay while you explore the island. We also felt secure and appreciated being able to rent a cart from them...

"Kaitlynn - the property manager - was exceptional in every way, with prompt answers to questions before and during our stay. We stayed in 2 different units during our 2 week vacation, both were excellent, with a wonderful balcony overlooking the ocean. With the ocean breezes, we rarely used the AC, instead leaving the windows open. The location was perfect for us, we walked everywhere, never rented a golf cart. For a moderately priced condo rental, this was a great value."

"We have been staying at Grand Colony for years. The reason we keep returning is the convenience of walking down the beach to the dive shop, having a full size kitchen and individual bedrooms for everyone. There are no amenities to speak of. "Rosie the Office Manager was very helpful with changing our time for the water taxi. Ashanti the bartender made the best dirty banana I have ever enjoyed. Paulina our housekeeper did an excellent job in maintaining the order and cleanness of our room.
