The detached holiday house with a sauna and garden is very quietly situated in Mitterbad near St. Pankraz, surrounded by a generous garden, the sounds of the nearby forest and the mountain stream. You will no doubt spend a very special holiday in this charmingly furnished holiday house, spoilt by comfort and exclusivity. Relax after an exciting day in nature in the homely atmosphere and make yourselves comfortable.

The owners decided to build this newly built house with natural and sustainable materials. The chalet and interior were designed with great attention to detail and to tradition, with a hint of luxury. The chalet provides ample space for up to eight people and is therefore an ideal place to spend your holiday with the whole family or with friends. The holiday house built in 2015 provides 170m² of living space. The ground floor has a living area flooded with daylight, comprising a comfortable living room, a cosy dining room and a modern kitchen space. There are also a guest WC and wardrobe space where the stairs go up to the upper floor, which has a hallway providing access to the three double bedrooms and two bathrooms. The lower floor has a private little wellness area and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. The three bedrooms are each furnished with an indirectly illuminated, comfortable double bed 200cm wide, under a sloped ceiling with a minimum height of 1.60m. Each bedroom also has a wardrobe, a desk and a flatscreen TV with satellite channels. One bathroom is fitted with a shower cubicle, a bath and a bidet, while the second is a shower room. Both have a WC. The open kitchen with the generous cooking island invites you to cook together: the gas hob and the raised oven are a dream for amateur cooks. A dishwasher, a fridge with a freezer compartment and the usual small electrical appliances are provided. You can sit at the solid dining table on a bench and four traditionally made wooden chairs. During your meals you can enjoy an extensive view of the natural surroundings through the floor-to-ceiling, almost continuous glass front. You go past the fireplace stove, which exudes pleasant warmth in winter, to the living room with a corner sofa for relaxing after a day trip. There is a sauna with relaxation loungers downstairs.

The 1500m² fenced site with a large garden provides many cosy spots with loungers for relaxing. Children have plenty of space to run around. The herb garden for your holiday cuisine and the kitchen garden for the senses are available for use. There is a grill for leisurely and sociable summer evenings. The seating group with eight wicker armchairs and a large dining tables invites you to enjoy meals outdoors. You can park your car under a carport with four individual spaces. There are also four outdoor parking spaces right by the house.

As a special feature during the Christmas period, a house with Christmas decorations and its own Christmas tree awaits you.

Owing to the location amidst the Ultental hiking area, one of the most original valleys in South Tyrol with beautiful meadows and lakes, the surroundings are a paradise for hikers, mountain bikers, peak challengers and in winter for skiers, cross-country skiers, ski touring and sledging. In St. Pankraz 2km away there are cafes and restaurants, as well as shops awaiting your visit. There is also the famous Mitterbad, where empress Sissi, Otto von Bismarck and Thomas Mann spent their holiday. Although it is no longer in operation, it is still worth a visit. Within 30 to 40 minutes you can get to Meran (ca. 20km) or Bozen (42km), if you feel like a bit of shopping.
