"Mr. Gerry has excellent communication. He is very quick to respond and to offer help. Our daughter became ill during our trip and we asked him to give us a recommendation for a dr. and he went above and beyond to set us up with a dr.'s appointment within an hour of talking to him. The outdoor patio was very chill and has a pretty view. We BBQ'd on one evening and the kids enjoyed the jacuzzi that evening. The BBQ grill is pretty old and probably needs to be replaced. The downside of this house is that it has mice. We could hear them in ceiling, in the kitchen and lots droppings on the fold out couch. My son slept wrapped up in his hoody because he didn't feel like he was sleeping on a clean space. We had to keep our pantry food in our ice chest to avoid mice eating it. Overall, the cleanliness was so-so. The beds and couches seem to have a lot of wear and tear. The other thing is not in the description is that you have to travel on a rocky hill to get to this place. You have to think twice before going to pick up groceries, because it is so rocky. My family had a fun time here and would have given it 5 stars except for the hygiene of the place."

"Loud noise around lots of dogs barking and rusters the shower 🚿 upstairs didn’t have hot water 💧 the bedroom upstairs to warm the traffic was bad all night .homeless walking around very scary 😨 we feel very unsafe.we left early this morning we didn’t want to stay there anymore the people behind us were loud!"

"Nice little corner unit on the hill with view of the ocean. Owners live on property and are available and Ricardo speaks English. Guards at gate are helpful, close to main road so slight traffic sounds. Once I learned exit and entrance it was easy. Waze and Google GPS directions are not best routes."

"La casa es muy amplia , exactamente como se mira en fotografías. Si estás buscando un lugar Para descansar fuera de el ruido este es el lugar apropiado. La limpieza de la casa es buena pero creo que pueden hacer un mejor trabajo para que a la llegada de los guest no tenga ese olor raro que tiene , el segundo baño cercas de la lavadora y secadora cuando abres las llaves de el agua tienen un olor como a drenaje, pero el otro baño hacia las habitaciones está en perfectas condiciones. El agua sale calientita, la estufa, secadora y lavadora funcionan perfectamente solo hay que tener cuidado al lavar el agua es de pipa y puede echar a perder las prendas. Cristina es una excelente host se comunica contigo días antes de tu llegada y contesta preguntas en cualquier momento de el día. Es un lugar seguro y muy agradable, al subir hacia la casa tienes que pasar por un pedazo de terracería. Definitivamente fue nuestro lugar perfecto para descansar restaurantes, tiendas y el centro de ensenada queda súper cercas. Gracias Cristina !"
