"Lovely hotel and looked exactly like the photos. We also liked Pedro and Jorge from the specialist restaurants. Only problem was that We had a birthday and they didn’t actually do anything for you and told us too late that we could have paid to have the name on the castle. Also the buffet and pizza restaurants were too short staffed at times. "

"When we got to the hotel we were quite early for check in but we were allowed to put our luggage away and enjoy the pool whilst we waited! The lady on the reception desk was really polite and helpful. When we later checked in for our room it was fantastic! We stayed in the family suite and it was wonderful! I've never seen a hotel room like it. We could have lived there! The hotel was clean which is the only thing we require. We only stayed one night as we did a weekend trip, but my daughter is already asking to go back to do a week there!"

"Booked a 2 bed apartment which was clean and very spacious. Pools and social areas all very clean and well presented. The only thing that lets the hotel down is the food. Food tasted great but even when going in when it just opened it was mainly cold. From reading previous reviews we found the microwave which rescued the food, although this really shouldn't be necessary. Having said that, would recommend the hotel as a whole. "

"Very satisfied with my stay I had here last weekend. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Rooms were really nice and spacious. Breakfast was good quality as well and parking for my vehicle was very safe. Highly recommend. "
