Villa Malpas - 3 Bed 3 ensuite bathroom Villa with Pool, Jacuzzi & Air Con

Views over the Fairway to the sea are quite special from this villa. In fact there's a specially designated raised terrace for 'Al Fresco' dining where you can watch the golfers or just the coastal sunsets.

The heated swimming pool (approx 9m x 3.5m) is the focal point within the private terrace with plenty of room for everyone's sun bed. There is also a jacuzzi hot tub included in the price.

This Villa sleeps 5 guests comfortably. The Master bedroom has a king-size bed and large en-suite bathroom with shower and separate walk-in wardrobe.

The second Bedroom, also very spacious, consists of twin beds and en-suite with
walk-in shower.

The third bedroom has a double bed, again with it's own en-suite walk-in shower room.
Everyone gets their own bathroom.

The Living space is 'open plan' and quite spacious. Separate Dining area seating 6. Office area for those who have to work and a comfy lounging space with wide screen smart TV. Or you can sit at the breakfast bar and chat to the chef when the meals are being prepared.

Outside pool and sitting area very spacious and made the holiday Pool and hot tub well maintained Inside Villa needs some updating eg showers Agent David very helpful with some minor issues which were quickly resolved

Golf del sur villa stay.
General impression was that the villa is in need of updating. Bathrooms/shower fittings not in the best of condition, sealant around shower trays was dirty, drains smelly. Toilet basin under rim dirty. Bedroom doors and wardrobe doors need attention, not closing properly. Exterior tiling needs repair on seating, cover not fitted to electrical junction box, ratan chairs were worn, ratan broken. All in all tired looking villa. If 6 people stayed in the villa I think they would not be comfortably relaxed on the seating in the lounge.

We had an OK stay, but were disappointed that we were unaware of the likelihood of being hit by golf balls landing on the pool deck and pool every day. During our stay we had four golf balls land in that area and this made sitting outside or using the pool a little uncomfortable. We were also unaware that the property is in an area which is currently difficult to enter or leave due to very extensive roadworks on the main TF1 motorway. This made traveling into or out of the entire area time consuming and tedious.

Muy buen servicio.
El alojamiento muy bien, pero echamos de menos una ducha en la piscina, y las pendientes del pavimento exterior están muy mal ejecutadas, ya que el agua que cae en la terraza va a parar a la piscina.

A lovely relaxing place to stay
We have stayed at a number of villas on Amarilla Golf over a period of many years. Villa Malpas is a very pleasant villa with a modern feel and very well appointed. There are three bedrooms, all of which have their own bathrooms. The two biggest bedrooms are lovely but the third is only really suitable for two children to share as it has a single bed with another pull out bed underneath it. For our needs however it was perfect. The pool is a little on the small side if you're into swimming lengths but is fine for a cooling dip. It might be a little cramped if there were 6 adults in it! Likewise the hot tub is a lovely luxury to have but it is for two people only so you'd have to take it in turns! Our party consisted of three adults so we had a great stay and I would have no hesitation in recommending this villa to a party of up to 4 adults with a couple of kids. David, the villa manager lives locally and was on hand for any issues that arose (we had a problem with the aircon which he quickly resolved). When we next return to Amarilla wwe will certainly consider Villa Malpas as an option.
