"Overall beautiful accommodations. Taxis are needed to get around. Very limited housekeeping. On the third day the opportunity was missed to get clean sheets, so for ten days we did not get any new sheets , were told we would need to pay extra to have that. The taxi from the airport was 18.95 euros. That was fine, except, when leaving we asked if the hotel had a shuttle to the airport , they said yes. 30 euros , so we decided to take the taxi . "On arrival we were allocated a room on the ground floor. It transpired there was some refurbishment work nearby which was too noisy for us. I discussed with reception and they quickly responded by allocating us a different room on floor five with a stunning view . They were so helpful and resolved the issue quickly. Thank you. Rooms are clean and staff helpful and friendly."

"Apartment was broken into while we slept and phone and bank cards and earrings were taken. Reported to reception and was told to go to police station to report but she wouldn’t do it. Another 10 apartments were also broken into, nothing done by the reception. Had to ask for bath towels and toilet paper. Didn’t have the room cleaned all week. Lots of others staying there also very disappointed with it "

"We loved our stay at Santa Barbara Golf And Ocean Club, the staff are brilliant and the two bed apartment was much bigger than we expected, well equipped and boasted wonderful panoramic views across the ocean and shoreline. We loved the pool bar for food and drink. The evening entertainment and pool did the job. There are No sand beaches to speak of near by but wonderful swimming, snorkelling and fishing can be enjoyed from the picturesque volcanic rock outcrops and pebbled shores. Several good restaurants within a five min walk, and a nice fishing village with loads more circa 30mins walk along the seafront (accessible) boardwalk."
