This privately owned 3 bedroom apartment is situated on the Fairways Club complex in Amarilla Golf just 10 minutes drive from Tenerife South Airport. This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom apartment has ground floor south facing private terrace overlooking the central pool area. Sleeps up to 6 people, in 3 bedrooms. Groundfloor access with no stairs! The lounge has 50 inch flat screen TV, DVD player and Panasonic music system. Air con, ceiling fan, leather sofa's, table and 6 dining chairs. The fully equipped kitchen with full oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, filter coffee machine and all suacepans and utensils. Washing machine. Dishwasher. There are 3 bedrooms each with their own bathroom. Each bedroom has air-conditioning and ceiling fan. The bathrooms have a shower, toilet, washbasin and hairdryer. The large south facing private poolside terrace, with shady area, is equipped with 6 sun loungers, patio table and chairs, plastic garden chairs, sunbrellas and clothes airer. Ironing board and iron. The apartment has its own private safe. Cots and high chairs available on request at time of booking at no extra cost. WIFI: the complex provides a pay use for wifi (ask at reception). There is a FREE use wifi in the games area. There is also an internet room. Sun towels are available for rental, ask at Fairways Club reception. Mobility scooters are not permitted inside the apartments. Wheelchairs are permitted. Strictly NO SMOKING in the apartment. Pets are not permitted on the complex. There is a heated pool with lifeguard on duty during the daylight hours. There is a Clubhouse restaurant, a central pool bar, hairdresser and beauty salon. Mini market across the road.

Perfect stay in Golf del Sur
As a family of four, we had an amazing stay at this beautiful apartment. Spotlessly clean and perfectly located, near to the pool on the complex. Spacious, a lovely terrace to relax on, loads of room to get ready for day and evening. Would hundred percent recommend.

Absolutely loved staying here! was equipped with everything we needed from kitchen equipment to beach towels. The rooms were spacious and had air con which was a life saver. Dirk was super welcoming and friendly soon arrival. We would definitely recommend this place to stay.

After a disaster in our previous villa, with no help from VRBO. I contacted this host who pulled out all the stops to get the apt cleaned and ready for us to move that day. Apt is perfect. Single beds were quite squeaky and needed tightening but Im sure if I had contacted the host he would have sorted it. But I couldn't be bothered after our previous drama. Lots of beautiful birds nesting in the plants above us. Providing sing song all day. V busy on the weekend and the resort did seem to turn pool heat up on these days. It was a little cold on the other days but we were having a heatwave so I'd say speak to the management if it's too cold as it can be adjusted. The complex is a little out of the way but we had a car and was fine driving to other places for a bit more life. There are some nice places to eat locally but we didn't go there because of the chimea causing low visibility. I would deffo stay again.

Fantastic apartment
Stayed for 10days Aug23 a family of 6. The apartment was fantastic, spotless, spacious and has everything we needed. Dirk is a fantastic host and left us thoughtful extras as we travelling with a baby. The fairways itself is great and friendly. We would love to stay again. Highly recommended!

Great property in a great location
Just back from 4 days (which wasn't enough!) with 2 friends and our 3 disabled daughters. The apartment was perfect with everything you would ever need. The terrace is huge. Dirk was there to meet us on arrival and was really helpful. The staff on the complex were fab. Cocktails are excellent! Will def be back next year.

Wonderful experience
Condo and location were excellent. We stayed six nights and used the time to recover from jet lag and ease in our stay on Tenerife. Dirk, our host, was excellent!! He met us for check in at 12:30 a.m. because of our flight delays. We couldn’t ask for more from a host, Condo was clean, well laid out and the patio was huge. Pool was easy to access and well maintained. I definitely recommend this place.

Lovely apartment poor organisation
We had a lovely stay in the apartment and it has lovely surroundings, but when we arrived the owner had booked us in on the wrong date so the apartment was not ready. This was very worrying at the time as we wasn't sure if we would have had somewhere to stay. Thankfully after a few phone calls and text messages everything was sorted out and we was allowed in the apartment. We also had a problem with one of the key cards to enter the complex, and at one point was locked out. As i was over to visit my sick dad this was all added stress on what me and my family was going through. My advice would be to double check with the owner that your booked in before you fly out!!!

Family Trip
We have been staying at this property for over 10 years, since our kids were small. It has a secure gated entrance with adult and kids pool, island bar restaurant, table tennis and play area. This apartment has a large terrace overlooking the pool. Near to a number of golf courses. 10 minutes drive from the airport. Near to El Medano and Los Abrigos for cafes and restaurants. And a short drive to Siam Park and Aqualand. A fab location for a great family holiday.

Lovely to be greeted by the owner. Very clean and tidy with great space especially outside. Totally fully equipped. Lovely complex with wonderful friendly staff. (The pool bar and restaurant are an amazing part of the complex) Only down side is because we went in March there is no shuttle bus service and too far to walk to the main bus stop for mobility needs. Apart from that we had a wonderful 2 weeks stay.

Fantastic break away.....
We were at the apartment for 5 weeks, we had a super time. The apartment fully lived up to the adverts and our expectations. Very spacious and well equipped, the patio is extremely large with plenty of seating and loungers to enjoy the all day sun. The complex too was good very clean and tidy with restaurant and pool bar. Dirk met us on arrival and fully explained the facilities and was extremely helpful in helping us when we needed to extend our visit due to travel issues. Thoroughly recommended and we hope to revisit next year for another winter break. Thanks Robin and Jan Loader and family..

The property is really nice and very spacious. Was perfect for our family especially for our four kids. We loved the view which looks unto the swimming area. The owner is very nice and very good at explaining things he even gives you a guide book on places to visit in the area. Overall we had a great holiday and will definitely be going back. A great place to visit!!!

Fab location on a lovely site
We're just back from a one week stay at The Fairways complex in Tenerife. Travelling with our family of four adults, two children. We found the complex very easily from the airport, it's only about 15 minutes away. Dirk welcomed us at reception, all good. We arrived late evening so ate at The Mesa restaurant on site, the food was okay and convenient. The apartment itself has everything you need and was clean and tidy. The bedrooms are spacious and having three bathrooms is very useful. The location of the apartment is great and the terrace is huge. Travelling with hand luggage makes bringing beach towels impractical, but for just 2 euros each you can hire them from Reception, which is great. In fact, I would hire more than one each for use in the apartment too, as the supplied towels are very skimpy. Our only real criticism of the apartment would be the beds. They are only 4'6" wide and not terribly comfortable, and the linen and pillows leave a lot to be desired. I really think that upgrading these would make the whole experience far more pleasant, and in fact, would be the determining factor in whether we would rent this apartment again. I would also suggest a few more plates and cutlery as when there are six staying you need to wash up or put the dishwasher on after every meal. Also, it would be nice if the soap dispensers in the bathrooms and kitchen were full on arrival. We shopped at Mercadona which is about an 8 minute drive and stocks everything you might need. The staff on the complex are lovely and Oscar, the animation man was brilliant with the children and they loved him. All in all a lovely stay in Tenerife.

We stayed in the appartment in february. WE loved it, Fairways (the complex) is nice, well kept with a lovely pool. The appartment has a great very big balcony. There is sun on the balcony all day. The kitchen is well equipped, 3 bathrooms. The one thing that could be better are the beds, we thought they were small!

Perfect apartment
Just back from our second visit here and I doubt it will be the last. It's definitely our favourite place to go. The complex has a very nice community feel to it and there were plenty of activities organised to keep our kids occupied. The apartment has everything we needed and the massive terrace gets every bit of sun from dawn until dusk. The owner was very accommodating regarding our check-out time which was a tremendous help.

Family holiday for 7
We normally go all inclusive but on this trip we decided to go self catering due to going with our extended family and granddaughter (baby). We enjoyed the freedom of our own very large sun terrace which is right next to and on the same level of the pool. The owner Dirk was very accommodating with arrival and departure times meeting us personally for both. The kitchen is well equipped with pretty much all you would require. The rooms are comfortable enough and your towels are changed once during a weeks stay. On arrival at the property it was evident the property had not been unused for possibly a few weeks as there was a damp type smell. This did disappear after having the doors and windows open for some time. It was also evident that the floors were rather dusty as the baby's clothing became very dirty within only half an hour of arriving at the property and on further inspection under the beds and sofas was also very dusty and dirty. This issue could have all been sorted by a visit from the cleaners the morning before we arrived. The property is in our view in general need of redecoration with some general soiling to the walls and some of the kitchen unit doors had blown due to moisture ingress. On a similar note the dishwasher plate and cup racks were in a poor state with much of the plastic coating missing and the metal work heavily rusted due to this. With all the above in mind we still enjoyed our stay with the freedom it gave us. The pool is nice and there are table tennis tables and a dart board you can use by renting from the reception. We ate at the poolside club house and the food was nice and reasonably priced. There are other bars and restaurants within walking distance which we did sample, again very nice but the immediate surrounding area is very quiet compared to bigger resorts like los Christianos. We hired a couple of cars as there were 7 in our party and this allowed us the freedom to travel and see more of the island and local resorts. Overall we did enjoy our stay and the apartment met the needs of our party providing a homely environment, giving us the freedom to put the baby to bed and not be stuck in a hotel room all night which had previously done in October last year.

This is a fantastic apartment, with everything you need for a holiday in it massive south facing balcony with 6 sun beds overlooking the pool getting the sun from sunrise to sunset, ground floor so easy access for cases & golf clubs if you bring any. Two testing golf courses nr by, I would say you really need a car here to get out and about more, would definitely come back here.
