Lovely 1 bedroom apartment in the popular Green Park, Golf del Sur. Pool and sea views. Bars, snack bars and a restaurant on site along with a supermarket. 5 minutes walk to marina, taxi rank outside the apartments, 2 minute walk to bus stop. Apartment has microwave, hob, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Free safe. Sleeps 2 adults in single beds and 2 small children or 1 adult on a sofa bed. Free high speed wi-fi is included in the rental price.

All our contact details are in the apartment should you need them but otherwise we leave you to enjoy your holiday.
If you are staying for more than 7 nights, our staff will enter the property to change your bed linen and towels. If you do not wish this service - please contact the office to confirm.

Great value, convenient and comfortable apartment
Green Park has improved dramatically in 5 years since i previously stayed here (no more mossies!). Apartment was clean, comfortable and convenient. Sun most of the day if that’s what you want. Plenty of car parking. Nice walks directly from apartment. Very enjoyable stay, thankyou.

A great holiday
The apartment was clean and tidy and had everything we wanted. A great view from the balcony of the pools with the sea in the distance. A bonus for us was the English channels on the TV.

Great apartment everything you need great view from balcony over pool and got the sun most of the day.The complex is a bit run down but ok it was kept clean near bus stop and a few bar's and supermarket.The apartment has lots of English tv if you want to watch it.I would have no problem recommending this apartment my friends and family .Thank you Karen for all your help sorry for the trouble.

Zonas comunes muy descuidadas. Mucha gente con perros peligrosos andando por los alrededores de la piscina. Vimos como 10 o 15 perros. Aun habiendo un cartel en que se prohibían.

Die Anlage war sehr sauber, die Angestellten sehr nett. Es ist eine ruhige Ecke bis auf die Flieger die ab und zu mal über die Anlage fliegen. Tolle Poollandschaft Die Wohnung war sehr gepflegt und mit Handtüchern ausgestattet. Ein Balkon mit Blick auf die Pools und das Meer!
