"We stayed at Casa Semuc for 2 nights. The bed was comfortable, the water was hot, the room and bathroom very clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. We had secure parking for our motorcycle. The wifi worked well in the reception area. It is close to the plaza and restaurants and grocery/convenience stores. We stayed in a room with a private bathroom/shower. "El WiFi nunca funciono, inclusive en las TVs del mismo hotel, las almohadas y colchones de las camas matrimoniales estan ya muy aguados, al ingresar al hotel se nos indico que las tarifas en la pagina no estan actualizadas y que la tarifa real era de Q160 y no de Q122 para habitacion con baño privado, pero que se nos iba a respetar la tarifa pero a Q125 y no Q122. Segun la pagina incluia desayuno americano para 02 sin embargo nos indicaron que no nos lo darian..."
