"The hotel was beautifully clean and right next to the beach. The staff were exceptionally helpful, we arrived early and they let us have early check in and even help ourselves to the breakfast from that morning. We even had a lift to the airport from Patricia when there wasn't a taxi available - super helpful! Each day we were able to have an umbrella and two sunbeds bought down to the beach for us which was fantastic, the beach is about 3 minutes away from the hotel and has lovely golden...

"This hotel says it has a 24hr desk in the info. We arrived at 10pm and there was nobody there. Nobody answered the buzzer or the phone. When we contacted hotels.com they said they could not reach the hotel and could not confirm that we didn't stay there, so they refused to give us a refund... even though we booked another hotel the same night from hotels.com. I was expecting a sincere apology but instead have to go through the trouble of disputing this with my credit card. Crazy."

"My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in Cosimo and Anjelica's trullo. We loved that it retained its age-old character yet had the modern conveniences we wanted too. It's roomy, light and airy, and you'll fall in love with it the moment you lay eyes on it. You're surrounded by olive, fig, and other fruit trees, and there's a pool and a pretty patio and walled area to relax in, have a drink or a meal, and visit with the neighbor's cats, who came over to greet us most mornings.
