Ferienwohnung im Katastrophalen Zustand!
Diese Ferienwohnung ist absolut nicht weiter zu empfehlen und würde von uns mit 0 Sternen bewertet werden, wenn dies möglich wäre. Die Ferienwohnung war total verdreckt, es lagen Glasscherben rum, es lagen benutzte Taschentücher in den Zimmerecken, das Geschirr war noch mit Lebensmittelresten versehen und die Schrank- und Regaloberflächen waren verklebt. Die Gardinen waren verstaubt und vergilbt und der Überwurf über der "Couch" war mit Flecken übersäht. Der Zustand weicht optisch stark von denen der Bilder hier ab. Das uns zur Verfügung gestellte Kinderbett roch nach Rauch. Wir würden diese Ferienwohnung auf keinen Fall weiterempfehlen und Familien von einer Reise in diese Unterkunft dringend abraten. Wir haben unsere Beschwerde auch gegenüber der zuständigen Reiseagentur geäußert aber ein entgegenkommen bzw. Verständnis lässt immer noch auf sich warten.

Urlaub im 2. Anlauf
Nach dem die 1. Buchung, ein Appartement am Gardasee seitens des Vermieters kurzfristig wegen angeblicher Doppelbuchung storniert wurde, waren wir ziemlich unter Druck, um. überhaupt noch etwas in der Hauptsaison zu bekommen. Bei den Bildern des Appartements, besonders über den sogenannten Garten, waren schon Zweifel angebracht. Aber die Beschreibung "schöne Villa" ruhig gelegen, mit dem vorhanden Druck,den Urlaub nicht zu Hause zu verbringen, haben uns zur Buchung letztendlich veranlasst. Wenn das Quartier auch relativ günstig war, so hatte das Appartement mit der Beschreibung nicht viel zu tun. Für angeblich 6 Personen in einer sogenannten schönen Villa ist in dem Fall vergleichbar mit einer Kaninchenbucht, wo sich das arme Tier kaum drehen kann. Das Geschirr war zum Teil verschmutzt, die Gartenliege hatte wohl versehentlich an einigen Stellen neue Farbe abbekommen und der "Garten" war lieblos, bzw. gar nicht angelegt. Das der Rasen aus Heu bestand entschuldigen wir mit den anhaltenden heißen Sommertagen. Die Lattenrosten waren verkehrt herum in den Kinderbetten verschraubt,so dass die Wirkung der durchgelegenen Matratzen nochmals verstärkt wurde. Das zubuchbare WLAN kostete auf einmal 30 Euro,statt der angegebenen 15 Euro. Der im Mietpreis inbegriffene Liegeplatz am Strand war erstmal nur für die erste Woche. Nach dem erfolglosen Versuch meines Sohnes, habe ich im dritten Anlauf endlich Erfolg gehabt, und ein weiterer Gutschein wurde ausgestellt. Ein großer Teil der Leuchtmittel war defekt, so dass man im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes im Dunkeln stand. Die Gasflasche zur Benutzung des Herdes war völlig leer. Beide Mängel wurden umgehend beseitigt, hätten aber auch gerne vor dem Bezug erledigt sein können. Die Bequemlichkeit und evtl. die günstigere Möglichkeit der Urlaubsbuchung über ein Onlineportal gegenüber dem Reisebüro bringt offensichtlich auch ein gewisses Risiko mit sich.
