Ich habe die Immobilien für eine Familie gut gefunden, doch die Kommunikation mit der Agenzia schlecht. 3 Tage vorher habe ich den Namen erfahren. Zuerst mit Kreditk,, dann doch überweisen schlussentlich mit KK., doch das schlimmst die Schlüsselübergabe in der Agenzia - es wurde nicht erwähnt, dass ich ein Ticket nehmen musste, es waren soo viele Leute dort, keine Kordination und dann wollten sie noch in den Mittag, sorry das geht nicht, dann macht man einen Mittagsplan

Potenzial nach oben
Die Lage des Objekts ist sehr gut. Man hat ca. 2 Minuten zum Strand. In der Umgebung gibt es Restaurants, Bäcker und Supermarkt. Dennoch ist man im ruhigeren Teil von Bibione. Die Wohnungseinrichtung ist mäßig (nur Plastestühle, wenig Küchenausstattung) und teilweise abgewohnt. Die Staueinrichtungen sind entweder über dem Doppelbett oder unter dem Hochbett, nicht gerade praktisch. Für 4 Personen und eine begrenzte Teit ging es gerade so. Mit mehr als 4 Personen würde ich da nicht sein wollen. Im Hochbett war nicht richtig sauber gemacht. Sowas sollte überprüft werden, bevor die nächsten Mieter kommen. Die Agentur reagierte schnell und freundlich bei Problemen (kein Gas, Sofa kaputt) und schaffte Abhilfe, danke dafür! Die Regelungen zu Bettwäsche, Handtüchern und Reinigung finde ich etwas umständlich. Ich würde lieber alles vor Ort fertig haben und die Reinigung generell professionell machen lassen. Das garantiert guten Service und einen gewissen Qualitätsstandard, z.B. bei der Reinigung. Insgesamt besteht für mich also deutlichen Potenzial nach oben.

Okay, aber kein zweites mal
Das Objekt ist gut gelegen am Strand, auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und abends zum Essen kann man alles zu Fuß erreichen und es ist ausreichend geboten. Die Wohnung selber, insbesondere das Badezimmer sind nicht gerade sehr einladend und sauber. Zudem ist die Wohnung sehr klein, für 7 Erwachsene in meinen Augen viel zu klein. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 3 kleine Kinder und es war zu eng. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht, wir mussten 3 x hinterher telefonieren bis endlich jemand das Problem behoben hat. Für den Preis ist es okay, wir würden die Wohnung aber nicht nochmal mieten.
