Our one bedroom apartment is located in a building with lift, 300m from the beach and it is equipped with a large balcony with outdoor dining table and chairs. It consists of a dining/living room with a single sofa bed and an open kitchen with gas stoves. You will also find a comfortable double bedroom and a bathroom with separate shower box.
In our apartment you will enjoy air conditioning, satellite TV and an armoured door. The apartment is ideal for up to three guests.

Private covered parking space available for you.

-Security Deposit: A 100eur security deposit is required to be paid in cash upon arrival at the agency. The security deposit will be returned to the guests upon check-out, after the apartment inspection.
-City Tax: it is required to be paid upon arrival in cash. The city tax is 1.00eur per night per person for a maximum of 10 nights (children under 4 years are exempt).

Extras (optional)> All extras are not mandatory. If you choose to purchase them, they are to be paid upon arrival at the agency and they are subject to availability:
-Bed linen: 8eur person/stay
-Set of towels: 8eur person/stay
-Crib/Cot/High chair: 12eur per week
-Final cleaning: 50eur

-Check-in: from 16:00 to 20:00.
-Check-out: until 09:00. The apartment keys must be returned to the agency on the check-out day.
