"Very spacious, comfortable rooms. Bathrooms need updating though. The one issue we had is the steepness of the stairs down to the hotel on arrival. Breakfast was typically Italian - mostly sweet. The breakfast room has a view not to be missed. The staff were very friendly & welcoming. "

"This hotel says it has a 24hr desk in the info. We arrived at 10pm and there was nobody there. Nobody answered the buzzer or the phone. When we contacted hotels.com they said they could not reach the hotel and could not confirm that we didn't stay there, so they refused to give us a refund... even though we booked another hotel the same night from hotels.com. I was expecting a sincere apology but instead have to go through the trouble of disputing this with my credit card. Crazy."

"From the warm welcome, the fresh produce on arrival, and the villa itself, this was one of the highlights of our trip to Europe. "We were travelling for a family celebration event and had four day's to chill beforehand. The trullo was just perfect for two of us. Perfectly kitted out kitchen and immaculately clean. The pool was amazing and just what we needed as temperatures were on the mid to high 30c. Ed was so helpful and nothing was any trouble.
