"The hotel staff is very friendly. The hotel is very nice—clean and quiet. There is a free public parking lot just around the corner from the hotel (and right next to a police station so it feels very safe) or you can pay 10 Euros to park in a gated lot on the hotel premises. There is a little shopping plaza right across the street with a bakery, a produce store and a grocery store plus there are two bus stations very close so we were able to take the bus to the metro and get into the heart of Milan very easily.
