"We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Pietracap. The breakfast had a good range of options and the dinners were delicious. The hotel was in an easy location for a quick drive into Bastia. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the ocean view from the room was stunning. We also loved the water fountain in the lobby for our water bottles. It was so convenient. The only things we didn't enjoy were the overly firm mattress and STRONG room perfume."

"Great access to lovely beach, although it does shelve quite steeply so not so suitable for small children. Beach faces west so lovely sunsets. Chalets are adequate. "We really enjoyed the hotel. Rooms were nice and the hotel was centrally located. The hotel has a link you receive that lists local restaurants,etc. They also have parking which is a huge plus. "Big appartment for a budget rate, close enough to the ferry port and nearby supermarkets to allow for walking to and from, but let down by provision of dirty teatowel, hard floors and thin ceilings resulting in no sleep possible until after midnight due to noise (talking and movement) from above. Lack of utilities' instructions meant that coffee maker unusable. Reasonable overall but could be better. Although WiFi signal strong, couldn't get it to connect."

"We had a 2 bedroom apartment. The unit was spacious and clean. The kitchen has a dishwasher but is a little short on utensils. Maybe most guest bring this sort of thing but as we are from Canada we had to rely on what was there. The furniture was Roche Bobois but it wasn't as comfortable as I expected. There are also strict rules about cleaning up before you check out with fines attached. We didn't expect this and there were no cleaning supplies although the hotel notice indicates there are....
