"Check in to check out was great! Very clean, grounds are really nice and well maintained. Spent first afternoon and all day the 2nd day at the pool. Sip and stroll on the lawn was a bonus we were not expecting. Very fun"

"We stayed for nearly a week in June, 2024. The outside of the buildings is weather worn, but we can see it is being worked on. The area where all the condo doors are reminds us of a tree house. Nothing in San Martin. It’s the old wine country before NaPA. They are close to downtown Morgan Hill that is really not far with decent food choices. In the other direction they have gilroy with plenty of shopping. It’s a small town so it’s easy
