"The only thing I didn't like was that on Expedia when I registered and booked the hotel I paid one amount for a family room for 5 people and it turns out that when I arrived at the hotel the reception told me that I had to pay extra money because the price was an Expedia problem. not from the hotel and cost was valid only for 3 people, which in the Expedia information said it was available for 5 people. The reception denied it and I had to pay extra for one more person and it didn't seem fair to me that they would lie to the client that way. from Expedia other than that they gives me an room next to the party event which was done at 12 midnight those two things bothered me other then that everything was awesome."

Gabby, who tended to things, was extremely helpful and pleasant and even helped us wrestle our luggage a block to our shuttle. Be sure to visit the Fuentes Georgina’s outside of Xela and go to the less developed pools downstream."

"I never think the hotel will be that great to when I walking In there the hotel is super beautiful and is great staff is great and friendly is a small hotel not that crowded is great compare to others hotel I stay there I will go back when I go back to that city you will like to take pictures everywhere is close to everything breakfast was great coffee and everything Oscar was a great person greeting us and friendly we went for for 3 nights but decided to stay another night to relax . Great place I will recommend it to everyone family or single or couples . "
