The Palmer's Guest House is right next door to the famous Palmer's Restaurant Bar and Courtyard. Included with your two-night stay is the "Palmer's Welcome Package" which includes a welcome bottle of Texas Wine and a $30 gift certificate to enjoy a fabulous meal next door at Palmer's Restaurant, Bar & Courtyard. I love The Palmers Guesthouse! This is my 2nd visit! It is cute, clean, and close to the square! The back patio is so relaxing! I look forward to staying there again soon!

Palmers Guest House
If you stay here eat at Palmers. The food and atmosphere was great. You are within walking distance of downtown with lots of food choices. Park the car and never need it until leaving.

Weekend getaway
My wife and I needed a weekend get swag back to her old college stomping grounds. The Palmers guest house is perfectly located within walking distance to great restaurants and bars, but far enough away that our stay was quiet and peaceful. The guest house was clean, cozy, and the process was easy. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

The Palmer Guest house is a comfy and convenient place to stay in San Marcos. We also enjoyed going to the Palmer Restaurant. It was a very comfortable place to wind down after a day after a day on the river. I highly recommend it!

The Cutest Little Guest House
The Palmer’s Guest House is super cute and was perfect for my son and I to visit my other son who is a student at Tx State. It’s close to the square, the San Marcos River, and many historic homes. We loved it!

Private little gem. This place was in a convenient location. Palmer's restaurant next door was delicious, too! Kirsten, the owner was absolutely wonderful in making our stay comfortable by communicating through text to answer any questions. Great experience! We will definitely stay again. ❤️

Great Getaway Spot
This spot was a great getaway for our family simply because of the ambience of Palmer's restaurant! We love their patio and to be able to dine alone while our children were just steps away in the Guest House was a treat. Close to home but but great weekend get away!
First visit was in October, liked it so much we returned for a second visit I'm November. Perfect accommodations, fantastic dinner next door. We will do this again! I have already recommended to friends.

We were only able to stay one night, but thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Would recommend for a nice, quiet, private getaway. Very charming! Dinner at Palmer's was great, too. Enjoy :)
