3 bed, 2 bath private home with designer remodeled kitchen, bath and open floor plan. Outfitted with luxury beds, fully stocked kitchen, work desk, TVs throughout and outside patio and grill overlooking the mountains. Includes coffee, dishwasher, stove, microwave, washer/dryer, heat, a/c, wifi, beach chairs, and more. The primary bedroom has a king bed, 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, and 3rd bedroom/den has a twin trundle bed with another pull out twin bed below. Nicest modern rental in Lake San Marcos!

Boats, paddleboards and kayaks are available for rent at the Lakehouse. Note: swimming in the lake is currently prohibited by the Lake San Marcos association.
