House was beautiful and perfect for our family weekend at Texas State. Super comfy and beautifully laid out. Location was great with almost everything you could possibly need within a few minutes away.

Great House (looks like a recent construction)
We were in town for a wedding , wedding dinner and a birthday party. So our short stay was a little hectic and the location of the vrbo for each of these events was perfect.

It is a beautiful home , very modern and close to all locations we frequent. My daughter is now a student at TXST - so we will be visiting San Marcos more often! We will definitely stay again!
