This 2-bedroom holiday home can accommodate 4 people. Ideal for families, it has a private pool, fireplace and private terrace.
Surrounded by about 100 hectares of chestnut and turkey oak woodland, it offers the possibility of beautiful walks in the large woodland, which is the garden that surrounds it.

The three houses of stone and wood of this farmhouse are made from a barn and two sheepfolds; they are completely isolated in the green and have a beautiful southern exposure, open on a beautiful panorama.

They are only 15 minutes on foot from the town square, 5 km by car.
29 km from Pistoia, 50 km from Lucca, 60 km from Florence.
The sea is 1,5 hour away by car (Marina di Vecchiano - Viareggio).
Florence airport is 60 km away.

Schönes Häuschen mitten in der Natur
Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit im Haus Ovile. Der Pool ist die beste Erfrischung an heißen Tagen und wird häufig gesäubert und aufgefüllt. Die unzähligen Obstbäume und Wildkräuter in Garten laden zum snacken ein. Im Schatten der Bäume und auf der Terrasse lässt es sich auch bei bei Hitze sehr gut aushaöteb. Die Fhart zum Haus und ust spannend, aber machbar. Die meisten Ausflugsziele müssen dann allerdings auch mit dem Auto angefahren werden - was bei den kurvigen Bergstraßeb und mit sensiblen Mägen nicht den größten Spaß macht. Die Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern war immer topp, freundlich und schnell.

Rustikale Unterkunft im Nirgendwo
Das Haus liegt zusammen mit den beiden anderen Häusern des Eigentümers abgelegen außerhalb des Ortes San Marcello Pistoise. Der Weg dorthin ist steinig und nicht für jedes Fahrzeug geeignet. Das Haus ist rustikal eingerichtet, hat aber alles was man braucht. Der Checkin war einfach, schnell und freundlich. Sicher kann man aus dem Objekt mehr machen, wir haben unseren Aufenthalt aber sehr genossen.

Zalig rustige omgeving. Het huisje heeft alles wat je nodig hebt voor een ontspannen vakantie. Prachtig uitzicht ook. Minpunt is de weg ernaartoe: heel lang door kronkelende straatjes rijden met aan het einde een lang stuk kronkelend grind omhoog.

Het huisje was wat gedateerd, maar erg gezellig ingericht. De bedden waren best goed, al was het tweepersoonsbed wat klein. De keuken is redelijk goed voorzien. De eigenaar was vriendelijk. Het zwembad wordt elke ochtend rond 08.00 schoon gemaakt. Helaas werden wij dus elke dag vroeg wakker omdat onze honden daardoor begonnen te blaffen. De toegangsweg is uitdagend. Stijl, grind en flinke kuilen in de weg. Het dorpje is ook lopend te bereiken, maar dit is wel een pittige wandeling van ongeveer 20-25 minuten.

Simpel, rustiek, stil en prachtig uitzicht! Enkel de baan om er te geraken is erg moeilijk. Aardeweg met veel losliggende stenen, maakten dat we het huisje moeilijk konden bereiken. We lieten de auto onderaan de heuvel staan en wandelden naar boven. Verder geen opmerkingen. Het zwembad is proper en wordt dagelijks onderhouden door een sympathieke tuinman, de hond had alle ruimte om veel te lopen en als kers op de taart hadden we elke avond een prachtige sterrenhemel om naar te staren.

Ontzettend mooi vrij gelegen bovenop een heuvel, midden in het bos, met een prachtig uitzicht en een hele grote tuin. In de nacht wilde zwijnen in de tuin en verder heerlijk stil en middenin de natuur. Huisje eenvoudig maar smaakvol ingericht. Qua prijs/kwaliteit zeker aan te raden! Vriendelijke eigenaar die de tijd nam om in zijn gebrekkige Engels de hotspots van de omgeving te vertellen.

We hebben een hele mooie reis gehad. Het huis is prachtig gelegen, maar niet eenvoudig om te vinden. De rit van het dorp is vrij steil naar omhoog op een bospad waar er maar 1 auto kan passeren. Het is zeker niet aan te raden aan te komen in het donker. Het huis is minstens 40 minuten gelegen van een grotere stad. Op zich is dit niet erg maar je moet er wel rekening mee houden voor de uitstappen. In het dorp zelf zijn er wel voldoende supermarkten. Het zwembad van de buren ligt wel een stuk dichter dan je vermoedt op foto's.

Hartelijk ontvangen door een echte Italiaan,bovenop onze berg! Charmant huisje met al wat je nodig hebt! Herten en everzwijnen tot voor de deur een ware belevenis,ook onze tieners waren onder de indruk! Zwembad is elke dag onderhouden en onze gastheer kwam regelmatig langs,bij een opmerking werd er direct gevolg gegeven!!

Het huis heeft veel privacy en het zwembad was heerlijk. Genoeg ruimte in het huis. Bedden en stoelen niet optimaal. Verder had het huis geen veilige ramen, heel dun glas en de hor zat met punaises vastgeprikt. Onze hond duwt daar zo door heen en die durfden we niet alleen achter te laten als we boodschap gingen doen. Verder prima vakantie gehad. Mooie omgeving. Eigenaar vriendelijk maar sprak geen Engels.

Het huis ligt tegen een berghelling en de omgeving is schitterend. Er is een zwembadje. Het dorp is niet op loopafstand maar niet te ver weg. Alles is er maar wel heel simpel. De keuken is niet zo compleet ( geen koffiezet mogelijkheid) . De eigenaar is erg aardig en gaf veel uitleg. Fijn bed maar geen goede stoelen. Buitenruimte is heerlijk en erg prive. Voor wandelen in de bergen is het de perfecte start.
